We provide a special system component (TSP driver) that allows you to make click-to-call from Microsoft Outlook and any Microsoft TAPI compliant windows application, for example from your CRM. It provides callback functionality and serves as a bridge between TAPI and our server.

This driver is seamlessly integrated in Windows OS.
