Callback tarification's rules
|
|
The cost of the call when you are using “call back” is calculated as the sum of call’s costs to both calling parties.
|
|
The call rate of each calling party starts since answering.
|
|
The cost of incoming call to your phone is identifying by the telecommunication provider (which provided to you phone number for making calls) and doesn’t include in E1tele.com’s rates.
|
|
If you use SIP-phone or other device, making connection by transferring data through internet by SIP protocol, as one of the parties using “call back”, and this device is working through SIP-server of E1tele.com network, this call is calculated as the cost of call-in to another party. In this case, call to initiator of connection is free of charge.

|
The cost of incoming call to your phone is identifying by the telecommunication provider and doesn’t include E1tele.com’s rates.

The call will be by using the call-back technology, if you make a call by:

Sending SMS from your mobile phone (E1:SMS)

“Make a call” section on the site (E1:web)

Monitor (E1:Monitor)

Initiation a call through downloading application from the mobile phone (E1:MobiDialer)

Call-in tarification's rules
|
|
The tarification of call through Call-in starts at the moment of answering by the opposite party.
|
|
The call is made through the technology of the Call-in, if you use SIP-number to order a call or the call to the Call-in access number.
|
|
To accurate the information about the rates, you can may contact to the customer support.
|
|
|
SIP-call tarification
|
|
The calls between SIP-numbers of the E1tele.com(subscribers, using SIP-phone, PBX and other SIP-devices that work through SIP-server E1tele.com) are free of charge.
|
|
The calls to the SIP- subscribers of the other networks are rated in accordance with the special agreement.
|
|
|
The call to Skype, MSN, Gtalk, ICQ, Yahoo Messenger
|
|
Now the calls for the subscribers of the E1tele.com network are rated as the calls to SIP-number.
|
|
If you use messenger as one of the party of call-back, the rates can be calculated as a cost of Call- in.
|
|
If you use messengers as both sides using call back, such call is free of charge.
|
|
If you use messengers as a party, whom you call using by Call-in method, this call is free of charge too.
|
|
|
Other tarification rules
|
|
The cost of sending SMS or data transfer service (GPRS, 3G, HSDPA and etc.) are defined by your communication provider and is not included in E1tele.com’s rates.
|
|
The cost of internet traffics, used for the call, is identified by your internet provider and is not included in E1tele.com’s rates.
|
|
The cost of the call from your phone to the Call-in access number is identified by your communication provider and is not included in E1tele.com’s rates.
