Call-back is a convenient and affordable way to make long distance calls fro your mobile, office or home number.

You can call from any number registered in “My Terminals” section of your E1tele.com account.
|
|
To use the Call-back service dial the call-back access number, wait till the systems tells you that your request is accepted and then hang up. The system will call you back in a few seconds and ask you to enter your destination number. Enter the number*, wait till your party answers the call and start talking!

* You should enter the number including the country and area codes. If your phone is subscribed to Caller ID blocking service, the Call-back service may not work with your phone.

To make calls form a landline number:
- Make sure to register your number in “My Terminals” section of your E1Telecom account.

Switch your phone to the tone mode (press * or “Tone” on your phone)

You can use this service only from the numbers registered in “My Terminals” section of your E1tele.com account.

Dial the Call-In Access Number from one of your terminals. If you are calling from a register number, E1tele.com’ system will authorize you as a client and ask you to enter your destination number. Enter the number*, wait till your party answers the call and start talking! Call-In Access Numbers:
